Delete account

Request permanent deletion of your MedQ patient account and associated personal data.

How deletion works

  1. Submit this form with your registered email or phone.
  2. Confirm via the link we email you (valid 48 hours).
  3. Our team completes deletion within 7 days.
  4. Profile data, medical records, chats, and preferences are deleted or anonymized.
  5. Limited payment/compliance records may be retained as required by law.

Only existing patient accounts are accepted. An email on the account is required for confirmation.
